Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
